Turn Websites into Software
Booking, ordering, ticketing, chat and dashboards — built on your own site, so you keep the customer and the data. We build the systems that run your day-to-day operations, on the site you already own.

Systems that run the work, not just a website
These are the systems we build most often — each one a working tool your customers and staff actually use, running on your own site. Take one as it is, or tell us what is different about how you operate and we will shape it around that.
Prices are starting points for a standard build. Anything on this list can be adapted, combined, or built into a site you already have — and if what you need is not here, tell us about it.
Have a website already, or need a new one?
Either answer is fine — it just changes where we start. The system you end up with is the same.
We turn it into software
Your site stays exactly as it is. We build the system into it, so the pages, branding, traffic and search rankings you have spent years earning all stay where they are — you just gain a site that does the work instead of only describing it.
- Built into the site you already run, not a replacement
- Your content, URLs and search rankings stay intact
- Your team keeps the admin they already know
- Usually cheaper than starting again
Pick a system, or tell us what you need
Start from one of the systems above and you get a complete working site built around it — domain, hosting and setup handled. If none of them quite fits how you operate, describe it and we will shape one around that instead.
- A complete site built around the system you choose
- Domain, hosting and SSL all set up for you
- Live in days, not months of discovery
- Something different? We build that too
Why start from a website instead of a blank canvas?
Most businesses don't need custom-built software from scratch for everyday operations. They need it working — quickly, affordably, and connected to the website they already have. That's the gap Queay fills.
Start with your existing website
Your site already has your brand, content, and traffic. We extend it into a functioning application instead of replacing it.
Use proven platforms, not blank code
We build on WordPress, using mature, well-supported components as a foundation rather than starting from nothing.
Add AI where it saves you time
AI accelerates development and powers features like automation, content generation, and smart workflows inside the app.
This is the Queay model — every project builds forward from what you already have, not from zero.

Common questions
A few things business owners usually ask before starting a Web-to-Software project.
Do I need to rebuild my website first?+
No. In most cases we build on top of your existing website rather than replacing it, so your current content, branding, and traffic stay intact while we add the new functionality.
What’s the difference between a standard build and a custom project?+
A standard build is one of the systems on this page, set up on your domain with a fixed scope and a starting price. A custom project is scoped around the parts of your operation that are genuinely different, and can go well beyond what the standard version does. Both run on the same foundation, so a standard build can be extended later without starting again.
Do the prices on this page include everything?+
They are starting points for a standard build, and include setup, hosting for the first year, and handover with your team trained on it. What moves the price is scope — extra locations, unusual workflows, integrations with systems you already run. We will tell you the number before any work starts, not after.
Do I actually own the system, or am I renting it?+
You own it. You get full administrator access, and it runs on a standard WordPress install — nothing proprietary and nothing locking you in. Hosting for the first year is included; after that you can stay with us or move it elsewhere. Your customer data is yours, and it never sits on a third-party platform taking a cut of every transaction.
What do you mean by "non-critical business software"?+
These are the systems that run daily operations — bookings, ordering, ticketing, memberships, stock, dashboards — as opposed to mission-critical infrastructure like core banking or safety-critical software. Focusing here lets us move quickly with lower risk.
Why use WordPress instead of custom code?+
WordPress already solves most of the common building blocks — user accounts, content, media, forms — and it is something your team can actually manage. We build the parts specific to your business on top of that, instead of reinventing the basics or locking you into a platform that takes a cut of every transaction.
How long does a typical project take?+
It depends on scope, but because we build on existing platforms and your website, most projects launch in weeks rather than the months a fully custom build would take.
Do you offer support after launch?+
Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and iteration so your software keeps working as your business and usage grow.
