Terms of Service

The agreement between you and us for using Qzite. Effective 26 October 2026.

Qzite is run by QUEAY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES (TIN 238268580000), 2F Alternate Road, Legazpi City , Albay, Philippines 4500. Email: info@queaytech.com.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply when you use the Qzite website builder, publish a website on qzite.com or your own domain, or buy AI credits or a plan. "We", "us" and "Queay" mean QUEAY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES. "You" means the person who signs up, or the business that person acts for.

By creating an account or using Qzite you agree to these Terms and to the other policies on this page: the Privacy Policy, AI Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refunds and Billing Policy, Cookie Policy, Site Data and Visitors and Reports, Takedowns and Copyright. Clicking to agree online is a valid electronic agreement under the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792).

1. Who can use Qzite

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
  • If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for it, and the business is bound by these Terms.
  • Give true information when you sign up and keep your email address current. We send notices about your plans, payments and websites there.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us right away at info@queaytech.com if you think someone else has used it.

2. What Qzite does

Qzite lets you create a website by chatting with an AI assistant and by editing blocks yourself, then publish it at name.qzite.com or on a domain you own. Depending on the plan, a website can include a contact form whose messages arrive in your Qzite Inbox, simple plugins (chat buttons, social links, payment links and QR codes), photos and visitor statistics. Features, limits and prices for each plan are shown before you pay.

We may improve, change or stop features. If a change takes away something you have already paid for, we will tell you in advance and, where the change leaves you worse off, give you a fair refund or credit for the affected time.

3. AI credits

  • AI credits pay for changes made by the AI assistant. The number of credits a request uses is shown in the builder, for example 1 credit for a small change and more for a new design.
  • If an AI request fails or makes no change to your site, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
  • Credits you buy and credits included in a plan stay in your balance while your account is open. Free credits (for example the welcome bonus of 10 credits) have no cash value.
  • Credits cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash, except as stated in the Refunds and Billing Policy.

4. Plans, payment and renewals

  • Plans are paid in advance, by the month (you may pay up to 12 months at once). Prices are in Philippine pesos and are shown before you pay.
  • Payments are handled by our payment provider, PayMongo (GCash, Maya, cards and other methods it offers). We do not see or store your full card number or e-wallet login.
  • Nothing renews automatically. We email you before your plan ends. New months always start when your current plan ends, so paying early never loses a day.
  • Each payment comes with an invoice you can download from your Account page.
  • If we change a plan's price, the new price applies only to payments made after the change. Time you have already paid for keeps its price.

5. When a plan ends

  • Your website stays online for 7 days after your plan ends. After that it shows an "Under maintenance" page until you renew.
  • If you do not renew within 60 days after the plan ended, the website, its address and its photos are deleted. We email you before this happens. You can download a copy of your website (with its images) from My sites at any time before then.
  • Websites you delete yourself, and drafts made without an account, are removed for good after 30 days.

6. Visitor limits

Each plan includes a number of visitors a month. If a website gets far more visitors than its plan includes, it may be paused until the next month or until you move to a bigger plan. We tell you when this happens.

7. Website addresses and your own domain

  • Addresses on qzite.com are first come, first served. You may use yours for as long as your plan is active and the website follows these Terms. The address is not property you own, and we may take back or refuse an address that is misleading, imitates a brand, bank, government agency or another person, or infringes someone's rights.
  • If you connect your own domain, you remain the owner of that domain and are responsible for renewing it and for its DNS settings at your registrar. We only serve your website on it while your plan allows it.

8. Your content

  • You own the text, photos, logos and other material you put on your website ("Your Content"). You confirm you have the right to use it.
  • You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process, display and send Your Content only as needed to run Qzite for you: to build and show your website, serve it to visitors, create preview images for social media, back it up, and check it for abuse. This licence ends when Your Content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law or for safety records as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Content made by the AI assistant for your website is yours to use, as far as the law allows. See the AI Policy.
  • Qzite templates, designs, icons and code remain ours or our licensors'. You may use them as part of your website, including in a copy you download, but you may not resell them as templates or as a website builder.
  • You are responsible for your website, including its prices, offers, product descriptions, permits, payment details and the way you handle your customers' information. If you sell online, you are an online merchant under the Internet Transactions Act of 2023 (Republic Act No. 11967) and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), and you must follow them.

9. Rules and enforcement

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We check websites automatically when they are published and we review reports from visitors. We may refuse to publish, pause, take down or delete a website, and suspend or close an account, when we reasonably believe it breaks the law or our policies, puts people at risk, or when a court or government agency orders us to. Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem or ask for a review.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep Qzite and published websites online at all times, but we cannot promise that the service will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems with our hosting, network or AI providers. Get help from Support in your account or at info@queaytech.com. If your website is offline for a long time because of a problem on our side, see the Refunds and Billing Policy.

11. Closing your account

You may stop using Qzite at any time and ask us to close your account by emailing info@queaytech.com from your account's email address. Download any website you want to keep first. Closing an account does not by itself give a refund for time already used; see the Refunds and Billing Policy.

12. Disclaimers

Qzite is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that Qzite will meet every need, that AI output will be accurate or error-free, or that your website will bring a particular number of customers or sales. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under the Consumer Act or other laws that cannot be waived.

13. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data you could have saved by downloading your website. Our total liability for any claim about Qzite is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event that caused the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law, including liability for fraud, bad faith or gross negligence.

14. Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of Your Content, your website, or your breaking these Terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result, to the extent the claim is caused by you.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and the other policies. For important changes we will email you and show a notice in your account at least 15 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may stop using Qzite and ask for a refund of months paid in advance that have not started. Continuing to use Qzite after the changes take effect means you accept them.

16. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem. If we cannot, disputes will be brought before the proper courts of Legazpi City, Albay, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to file a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry or another government agency.

17. Other terms

If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right right away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your account without our written consent. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as typhoons, earthquakes, power or network outages, or government action.

Privacy Policy

What personal data we collect, why, and your rights. Effective 26 October 2026.

Qzite is run by QUEAY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES (TIN 238268580000), 2F Alternate Road, Legazpi City , Albay, Philippines 4500. Email: info@queaytech.com.

We respect your privacy and follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). This policy explains how we handle personal data of Qzite account holders and of people who contact us. How we handle data of visitors to the websites built with Qzite is explained under Site Data and Visitors.

For your account, we are the personal information controller.

1. What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure one-way hash), when you signed up and last signed in, and whether you confirmed your email.
  • Your websites: the content you add, the chat messages you send the AI assistant and its replies, saved versions, photos you upload, website addresses and any domain you connect.
  • Payments: what you bought, the amount, the date, the payment method type and the reference from our payment provider. Your card or e-wallet details are entered on PayMongo's pages and are not stored by us.
  • Support: the tickets and emails you send us and our replies.
  • Inbox: messages and orders that visitors send through the contact form on your website (see Site Data and Visitors).
  • Technical data: your IP address and browser details when you use the builder, which we use to keep the service secure, limit abuse such as repeated sign-ups, and fix problems. We also record how many AI credits each request used and what it cost us.
  • Cookies: see the Cookie Policy.

Please do not put sensitive personal information (for example health records, government ID numbers or bank account numbers) in your website or in the AI chat unless you truly need it there.

2. Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To provide Qzite to you (creating your account, building and publishing your websites, delivering your Inbox, processing payments, giving support). Basis: fulfilling our contract with you.
  • To send you service messages such as email confirmation, receipts, plan reminders and notices about your website. Basis: our contract with you. You can turn off the daily Inbox summary email in your Account.
  • To keep Qzite safe: checking websites for phishing and scams, handling visitor reports, preventing fraud and misuse, and keeping security logs. Basis: our legitimate interest and that of the public in a safe service, and our legal obligations.
  • To meet legal duties such as keeping invoices and accounting records for tax purposes and answering lawful orders from courts and government agencies. Basis: legal obligation.
  • To improve Qzite using totals and usage statistics, for example which templates are used most. Basis: our legitimate interest. We do not use your website content to train AI models.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run Qzite, under agreements that require them to protect it and use it only for us, and only as much as each one needs:

  • Anthropic (United States), which provides the Claude AI models: your chat messages and the website content needed to make the change you asked for.
  • Cloudflare (global network), which delivers published websites, stores and serves photos, and protects against attacks.
  • Hostinger, which hosts our servers and databases.
  • Google Workspace, which sends our emails and the emails we send for you.
  • PayMongo (Philippines), which processes payments.

Some of these providers process data outside the Philippines. We remain responsible for your data when it is transferred and require the same level of protection as Philippine law. We may also disclose data when required by law, by a court order or by a lawful request of a government agency, or to protect people from fraud or harm.

4. How long we keep it

  • Account details: while your account is open. After you close it, we delete or anonymise them within 30 days, except what we must keep for the reasons below.
  • Websites, chats, versions and photos: while the website exists. Deleted websites and unclaimed drafts are removed for good after 30 days. Websites whose plan ended are deleted 60 days after the plan ended unless renewed.
  • Inbox messages: up to 12 months, or until you delete them or the website is deleted.
  • Payment records and invoices: for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
  • Records of abuse reports and takedowns: as long as needed to keep Qzite safe and to respond to complaints and legal claims.
  • Security logs: for a short period, normally no more than 12 months.

5. How we protect it

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access limited to staff who need it, signed connections between our systems, and regular backups. If a personal data breach happens that must be reported, we will notify the NPC and the affected people within the time required by NPC rules (currently 72 hours from knowledge of the breach).

6. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to object to processing, to have wrong data corrected, to have data erased or blocked, to get a copy of your data in a usable format (data portability), and to be paid damages for harm caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained or unauthorised use of your personal data. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

You can see and change most of your data in your Account, download your websites from My sites, and delete websites and messages yourself. For anything else, email our Data Protection Officer at info@queaytech.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will answer within 15 working days.

7. Children

Qzite is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We will post changes to this policy here and, for important changes, email you before they take effect.

AI Policy

How the AI assistant works, its limits, and your responsibilities. Effective 26 October 2026.

Qzite uses artificial intelligence to help you write and design your website. This policy explains what the AI does, what happens to the information you give it, and what we expect from you. We follow the Data Privacy Act and the National Privacy Commission's guidelines on the use of personal data in AI systems (NPC Advisory No. 2024-04). We will update this policy if a Philippine law on AI takes effect.

1. What the AI does

  • When you send a message in the builder, the AI assistant reads your message and the current version of your website and suggests a new version: text, layout, colours and images from our library.
  • The AI runs on Claude models made by Anthropic. Each change uses AI credits, shown in the builder before and after the change.
  • The AI only changes your website when you ask it to. Every change is saved as a version, so you can undo it or go back to an earlier one.
  • Qzite also uses automatic checks (not the AI assistant) when you publish, to catch phishing and scams. See section 5.

2. What happens to your information

  • Your message and the parts of your website needed for the change are sent to Anthropic to produce the reply, and the result is sent back to us.
  • Under the commercial terms we use, Anthropic does not use this information to train its models. Qzite does not train AI models on your content either.
  • Your chat history is kept with your website so you can see what changed, and is deleted with the website.
  • Do not put passwords, government ID numbers, bank or card numbers, health records or other sensitive personal information in the chat.

3. Check what the AI writes

AI can make mistakes. It may get facts, prices, opening hours, addresses or phone numbers wrong, or write text that sounds right but is not. Read and check your website before you publish it. You are responsible for everything on your website, including what the AI wrote for you.

AI output should not be relied on as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

4. Who owns what the AI makes

As between you and us, the text and designs the AI makes for your website belong to you and you may use them freely, as far as the law allows. Philippine law has not settled how copyright applies to content made by AI, so the AI's output may not be protected by copyright in the same way as work written by a person. Content the AI makes for you may also be similar to content it makes for others.

5. Automatic checks and how to ask a person to review

When you publish, Qzite automatically checks your website for signs of phishing or fraud, such as fields asking for passwords, PINs, one-time passwords or card numbers, forms that send data to other websites, and pages that imitate banks, e-wallets or government agencies. If a check blocks publishing, Qzite tells you why. If you believe the result is wrong, contact Support or info@queaytech.com and a person will review it and reply, normally within 2 working days. A website is only taken down for good after a person on our team has looked at it.

6. Uses that are not allowed

You may not use the AI to create anything that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy, including scams, phishing pages, fake reviews or testimonials, content that impersonates real people or businesses, or content that is false or misleading to customers. You may not try to trick the AI into ignoring its rules.

7. Fairness and limits

We test and adjust how the AI is instructed so it writes respectful, inclusive content for businesses across the Philippines. If you see output that is biased, offensive or harmful, tell us at info@queaytech.com so we can fix it.

Acceptable Use

What you may not build or do with Qzite. Effective 26 October 2026.

Qzite is for real businesses, organisations, events and people sharing honest information. To keep visitors and other users safe, you may not use Qzite, the AI assistant or a website published with Qzite for any of the following.

1. Scams, phishing and fraud

  • Pages that ask visitors for passwords, PINs, one-time passwords (OTPs), card numbers or e-wallet logins.
  • Pages that imitate a bank, e-wallet, online seller, delivery company, government agency or any other business or person, or that use their names, logos or look to mislead.
  • Fake investment, lending, job, prize, raffle, donation or "double your money" offers; pyramid or Ponzi schemes; and offering securities or investments without the registration the Securities Regulation Code (Republic Act No. 8799) requires.
  • Anything covered by the Anti-Financial Account Scamming Act (Republic Act No. 12010), such as recruiting money mules or collecting account credentials.
  • Selling goods or services you do not intend to deliver, or payment links or QR codes that send money to someone other than the business shown.

2. Illegal or dangerous content

  • Anything that breaks Philippine law, including the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10175).
  • Any sexual content involving minors, or anything that exploits or endangers children (Republic Act No. 11930). We report it to the authorities.
  • Pornography or sexual services.
  • Illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, and goods or services that need a licence or permit you do not have (for example medicines, gambling, lending, or regulated food and health products).
  • Online gambling without a licence from the proper authority.
  • Threats, harassment, hate speech, or content that encourages violence or self-harm, including gender-based online sexual harassment under the Safe Spaces Act (Republic Act No. 11313).
  • Publishing other people's personal information without a lawful basis, or collecting visitors' data in a way that breaks the Data Privacy Act.

3. Other people's rights

  • Copying text, photos, logos, music, videos or designs you do not have the right to use, or using someone else's trademark in a way that confuses people (Intellectual Property Code, Republic Act No. 8293).
  • Fake reviews, testimonials, endorsements or awards.

4. Misusing the service

  • Malware, hidden redirects, crypto-mining, or code that harms visitors' devices.
  • Sending spam, or using contact forms to collect data for spam.
  • Trying to get around plan limits, AI credit charges or our safety checks, using automated tools to create accounts or sites, or reselling access to Qzite without our written consent.
  • Attacking, overloading or probing Qzite or other users' websites, or trying to access accounts or data that are not yours.

What we do

We may refuse to publish, put a website on hold for review, take it down, delete it, or suspend or close the account, depending on how serious the problem is. Websites with clear phishing or fraud are taken down immediately, and we may keep records and share them with the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group, the NBI, the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC), banks, e-wallets or other authorities when the law allows or requires. Payments for websites taken down for breaking this policy are not refunded.

To report a website, use the "Report this site" link at the bottom of any website on qzite.com, or see Reports, Takedowns and Copyright.

Refunds and Billing

Payments, invoices, and when you can get your money back. Effective 26 October 2026.

This policy explains how billing works and when we give refunds. It does not limit any rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), the Internet Transactions Act of 2023 (Republic Act No. 11967) or other laws.

1. How billing works

  • You pay in advance through PayMongo. Prices are in Philippine pesos and are shown before you pay.
  • Plans are paid by the month, for 1 to 12 months at a time. Nothing renews or charges you automatically.
  • AI credits are sold in packs and are added to your balance right after payment.
  • An invoice for every payment is available in your Account under Invoices.

2. When we give a full refund

  • Charged by mistake: duplicate payments, or a payment that went through but did not give you the plan or credits you paid for.
  • Unused AI credit packs: within 7 days of purchase, if you have not used any credits since buying the pack.
  • Months not yet started: if you paid for several months in advance, you may ask for a refund of the full months that have not started yet. The month in progress is not refunded.
  • We could not deliver: if your website could not go live, or the own-domain feature you paid for could not be set up, because of a problem on our side that we could not fix within 3 days of your report.

3. When something goes wrong on our side

  • If an AI request fails or makes no change, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
  • If your published website is offline for more than 24 hours in a row because of a problem on our side, we will add the lost days to your plan for free, or refund those days if you prefer.

4. When we do not give refunds

  • AI credits that have already been used, even if you did not like the result. You can always go back to an earlier version for free.
  • Free credits, such as the welcome bonus or plan credits, which have no cash value.
  • The month of a plan that is already in progress, including when you stop using Qzite or delete your website partway through.
  • Websites taken down or accounts closed for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • A website paused because it got far more visitors than its plan includes.
  • Domain names you bought from other companies. Those are between you and your registrar.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email info@queaytech.com from your account's email address, or open a ticket in Support, with the invoice number (for example QZ-2026-00012) and the reason. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through PayMongo, which usually takes 5 to 15 banking days depending on your bank or e-wallet. When a refund is approved, the credits or plan months it covers are removed from your account.

6. Changing plans

You can buy a different plan at any time. The new plan starts when your current paid time ends, so you never lose days you paid for. If you move to a smaller plan, photos already on your website stay online, but you may not add new ones above the smaller plan's limit.

7. Complaints

If you are not happy with how we handled a billing problem, tell us at info@queaytech.com. You may also file a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) through its consumer care channels.

Cookies

The small files the builder and published sites use. Effective 26 October 2026.

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Qzite uses only the cookies it needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking, and we do not sell data from cookies.

In the builder

  • qb_sess: keeps you signed in and protects forms from misuse. It is deleted when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
  • Guest draft cookie: lets you work on a website before you create an account, so your draft is not lost. It lasts up to 60 days; drafts nobody claims are deleted after 30 days.
  • Local storage: remembers small choices in your browser, such as the domain provider you picked in the domain instructions and when you chose "remind me later" on publishing. It stays on your device.

On published websites

  • Websites on qzite.com and on connected domains set no cookies of their own. Visits are counted with a small image your browser keeps for a day, so the same visitor is not counted twice. No personal data is stored to count visits.
  • Cloudflare, which delivers the websites, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people apart from harmful bots.
  • If a website owner adds plugins that link to other services (for example Messenger, WhatsApp or a PayMongo payment link), those services apply their own cookies and policies only when a visitor clicks through to them.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the builder's session cookie, you will not be able to sign in.

Site Data and Visitors

For website owners and their visitors: contact forms, orders and statistics. Effective 26 October 2026.

For visitors of websites made with Qzite

Websites on qzite.com are made and run by their owners, not by us. The owner of the website is responsible for its content and for how they use the information you send them.

  • Contact and order forms: when you send a message or an order, your name, contact details and message go to the website owner's Qzite Inbox and, if the owner turned it on, a daily email summary. We store them for the owner for up to 12 months and use them only to deliver them to the owner and to block spam.
  • Spam protection: we keep a coded version of your IP address (it cannot be turned back into the address) for a short time to limit repeated sending.
  • Visit counting: we count visits without cookies and without storing your IP address.
  • Payments: payment links and QR codes on a website go to the payment service the owner chose, such as PayMongo, GCash or a QR Ph code. We do not handle or see those payments.
  • To ask about your data, contact the website owner first. If you cannot reach them, email info@queaytech.com and we will help as far as we can.
  • If a website looks like a scam or phishing page, use the "Report this site" link at the bottom of the page.

For website owners

For personal data that your visitors send through your website, you are the personal information controller and we act as your personal information processor under the Data Privacy Act. By using Qzite you instruct us to process that data to run your website, and we agree to:

  • process it only to provide Qzite to you and as you instruct through the service, not for our own purposes;
  • keep it confidential and require our staff and service providers (listed in the Privacy Policy) to do the same;
  • protect it with appropriate organisational, physical and technical security measures;
  • tell you without undue delay if we learn of a breach affecting it, and help you meet your duties to notify the NPC and the people affected;
  • help you answer requests from your visitors who want to use their data privacy rights;
  • delete it when you delete the messages or the website, or when our retention period ends, unless the law requires us to keep it.

You agree to:

  • collect only the information you need, and use it only to answer your customers;
  • tell your visitors who you are and how you use their information, for example with a short privacy note on your website;
  • never use the contact form to ask for passwords, OTPs, card numbers or government ID numbers;
  • follow the Data Privacy Act and, if you sell online, the Internet Transactions Act and the Consumer Act.

Messages over your plan's monthly limit are kept but locked until you upgrade. They are not deleted early.

Reports and Takedowns

How to report a website, and copyright or trademark complaints. Effective 26 October 2026.

Report a website

Every website on qzite.com has a "Report this site" link at the bottom. Reports go to our team, not to the website owner. You can also email info@queaytech.com with the website's address and what is wrong.

  • We review reports, normally within one working day.
  • When several people report the same website as phishing or a scam within a day, it is put on hold automatically until we review it.
  • Websites with clear phishing, fraud or child sexual abuse material are taken down immediately.
  • If you have already lost money or shared your passwords or OTP, contact your bank or e-wallet right away, and report it to the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group or the CICC hotline 1326.

If your website was put on hold or taken down

We will email you the reason when it is safe to do so. If you think we made a mistake, reply to that email or contact Support. A person will review your case and tell you the result. We restore websites that were held or taken down by mistake.

Copyright and trademark complaints

If you believe a website on Qzite uses your copyrighted work or trademark without permission, email info@queaytech.com with the subject "IP complaint" and include:

  1. your name and contact details, and whether you are the owner or acting for the owner;
  2. the work or mark you own, with proof where possible (for example an IPOPHL registration);
  3. the address of the website and where on the page the material appears;
  4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you or the law, and that the information you give is accurate.
  5. We may remove or disable the material and will tell the website owner, who may send a counter-notice explaining why they have the right to use it. We may restore the material if the complaint is not supported or if the matter goes to court or to the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.

    Requests from authorities

We respond to valid orders and lawful requests from Philippine courts and government agencies, and we disclose only what the order or the law requires.
